When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3–7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

• Europe: 6–8 business days
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are difficult to predict. We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders through facilities around the world. Depending on your location, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by the local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so please check directly with your local customs office to see whether customs duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please do the following:

• Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
• Contact your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
• Ask your neighbors whether the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at meow@simplycatsweaters.com and include your order number. If you found an error in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order; however, shipping costs will be at your expense.
