Return Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)

All our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because each item is produced on demand through our printing partner Printful, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to check your size, color, and design carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery under meow@simplycatsweaters.com. We’ll be happy to work with you and Printful to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund for the affected item.
